In the beginning, you will cross the Braulio Carrillo National Park for the arrival to Puerto Viejo de Limón, Punta Cocles and many of our exotic Caribbean beaches. After that, you will travel to the opposite corner of the country to the area of La Fortuna, the place where adventure meets relaxation with all of the activities the Arenal Volcano has to offer and last but not least you will be visiting the long waves of Playa Tamarindo for some seaside fun in the Pacific Coast of the country before heading back to airport, this adventure was specially made for adrenaline junkies and adventure seekers.
Itinerary
Arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport. A representative from Costa Rica Top Tours will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your chosen Hotel. After 20 minutes you will arrive to your Hotel in San José.
Lodging at Wyndham Garden Escazu Hotel.

After breakfast at the Hotel. Departure towards the South Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. You will go through one of the country’s vastest and more exuberant National Parks, the “Braulio Carrillo”. Along the road you will be able to admire pineapple and banana plantations and will border the city of Limón, on your way to the Southern part of the east coast. After 4 ½ hours on the road you will arrive to the exotic Puerto Viejo de Limón. The palm trees, the golden beaches and the “Caribbean” rhythm, will involve you and will stay with you all the time in this special and magical place. Five minutes from Puerto Viejo you will arrive to Punta Cocles, where your hotel is located.

This day will be dedicated for the transfer from Puerto Viejo de Limón to ”La Fortuna”, location of the majestic and active Arenal Volcano. The length of this transfer will be approximately 5 hours, so we recommend leaving in the morning so you can take your time to enjoy and drive peacefully without rushing.
