The tour begins with a short hike to the first platform to receive a short safety speech and then you will be ready to fly between suspended cables until it’s time to cross a hanging bridge to continue with the tour having an even higher adrenaline rush and if you are lucky, even the howler monkeys will accompany us during part of the canopy as they’re search for mangoes, papayas and bananas near the area. Itinerary
The Congo Trail canopy is close to the beaches of Ocotal, El Coco, Hermosa, Conchal, Tamarindo and Flamingo.
After one hour driving approximately, we will arrive at the site, where a tropical – dry forest and high trees surround the area. Once we get there the tour guides will get you ready for the ride of your life. After a short hike we will come to the first platform where you will receive instructions to start flying down the suspended cables.
During the tour we will come across a hanging bridge located between two platforms, this is a truly exhilarating experience. If we are lucky even the howler monkeys will accompany us during part of the canopy. Come and get your adrenalin pumping at the same time that you enjoy the beauty of the forest and wildlife.
